Company History

Hubei Haixingrui New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in February 2018, as a national high-tech enterprise specializing in advanced polymer new materials. Located in the Military-Civilian Integration Industrial Park of Xianning National High-Tech Zone, our new plant covers over 10,900 ㎡ with a total construction area of 6,500 ㎡, including standardized workshops, professional R&D laboratories and supporting office buildings, completing the full-chain layout of infrastructure, production lines and testing equipment. We have obtained dual certifications of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and Intellectual Property Management System. All 4 invention patents have achieved achievement transformation and mass production. We deepen industry-university-research cooperation with the university, and have grown into a professional new material service provider integrating R&D, production and sales.

Our Team

We have built a high-level R&D team led by Professor Rao Qiuhua, a doctoral supervisor from the university. The team consists of 2 full-time researchers, 5 senior engineers, 2 PhD holders and 3 master's degree holders. Professor Rao Qiuhua, the core leader, has long been deeply engaged in polymer materials research. He has presided over or participated in more than 10 military and local scientific research projects as a core undertaker, won a number of Science and Technology Progress Awards, and published more than 20 core academic papers. The team carries out long-term in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with the university, covering the whole technical chain of resin synthesis and material modification, with strong independent R&D, customized development and achievement transformation capabilities.
